DETAILS: We are incredibly proud and excited to live our mission of encouraging, connecting, and empowering women through music, movement & meditation. To achieve this mission, in addition to our weekly dance/fitness and yoga classes, we also offer wellness workshops and special events designed to help women live healthy, balanced lives.
We are currently planning one of the first of these events, a Women’s Wellness & Empowerment Expo that consists of a vendor fair, as well as a live demonstration/motivational speech element including anyone who wishes to participate.
Here’s what it takes:
1. A small vendor fee to cover administrative and marketing costs. The event will be advertised on the studio’s website and social media, local online community calendars and via paper flyers. We’re asking $15 per vendor (with a table + 2 chairs provided) or $10 per vendor (without a table provided). Space is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
2. A donated product or gift certificate to add to the raffle at the Expo ($10-$20 suggested value).
3. SHARE, SHARE, SHARE the event on your social media and tell all of your friends! We ask that each vendor personally invite at least 25 people. Flyers are available in .pdf form if you want to print, post and pass – just message me for the link. Show your fellow vendors some love on their socials, too. We’re all here to help boost one another!
4. *Optional: Add to our Mom Friend Speed Dating Party swag bag! Drop off product samples, business cards, coupons, flyers, gift certificates or other promotional items for up to 50 guests before July 7, 2018 and we will distribute them at our Mom’s Night event July 14, 2018.
5. *Optional: Step into the spotlight with a 5-8 minute speech or demonstration at the Expo! We’re looking for products, services, tips and stories that will encourage and empower women physically, financially, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. All ideas are welcome!
